The wind and weather cream also contains panthenol, which improves the skin's moisture retention capacity, calms stressed baby skin and helps to reduce redness. Vitamin E helps neutralize the harmful properties of free radicals, regenerates the natural skin barrier and stimulates the skin's own repair mechanism.
