La Roche-Posay Lipikar Fluid Urea 5+ is a care product for very dry to rough skin. The contained urea binds moisture in the horny layer and supports the desquamation process. The 5% concentration of urea is very well tolerated. The urea has been combined with Hepes. This active ingredient helps urea to penetrate the skin better, strengthens the skin's barrier function and stabilises the pH value for better tolerance. This combination allows 5% urea to act like 10%. The skin is smoothed and provided with long-lasting moisture. In addition, Lipikar Fluid by La Roche-Posay has soothing and anti-irritant properties.
